I am a Licensed Social Worker and graduate of Marywood University’s MSW program. I originally started my education in creative writing, which led to years of working in the healthcare field from hospital to home care settings and working with diverse populations of individuals. I have experience working with adults with complex or co-occurring intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or other mental health diagnoses like ADHD, Autism, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, and substance use disorders.

I am knowledgeable in working with clients navigating low effort or toxic family systems, chronic pain, grief, difficulties communicating or using boundaries, low self-worth, and trauma/PTSD/C-PTSD. I enjoy building meaningful, professional rapport with my clients to hear their story and discuss the joys and challenges of their lives. I am dedicated to a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to counseling where individuals gain the tools they need for success. I am also committed to providing a safe space for individuals to explore all topics with curiosity and not judgment.
